Hello All, I am an MBA in Finance currently working with a top IT MNC as a Business Analyst for 2.5 years. I would like to make a transition in my career and move to a suitable human resource role. I have tried switching my role in my company, but due to my educational background in Finance and experience in a non-human resource field, I am not getting any opportunities. Could you all please suggest a few certification courses I can undertake to enhance my skill set?

Thank you for your response. However, as mentioned in my query, I have no experience in HR. I am looking to transition into that field. Given that I have an MBA in Finance and have studied HR as a subject during my MBA, pursuing another MBA in HR would be pointless.
