Exactly, these are the part of HR and can be asked in interview. Also, along with these information, if you have work experience on working any top class or advance HR or Payroll software then you can also mention it in your CV it will benefit you as many companies using these software for their HR process and having an experienced person who also aware and expertise on working on advance payroll software like Saralpayroll or any other will be sure have a better chance to get selected.
