Hi all,

I need a format for an increment letter to be given to an employee. This is the increment that has been given to him against his resignation. I want to give him a letter mentioning the real cause and that he has withdrawn his resignation on his own. I don't want to give him the regular letter of increment which we generally provide to the employees. Please suggest me some format for the same.

Dear Mr. Sudipta,

There will be no particular format for any kind of letter to be issued to any employee. It should be created by referring to his resignation letter as a reference. Providing an increment to retain the employee will serve as proof of his resignation to the organization, which will be a remark on the employee.
