Would request you to please help on this question , While we are offering per-diem allowances to an employee at onsite , and lodging expenses are taken care by company , insuch case does company need to give any other allowances? Would daily allowances should also be paid in addition to per-diem allowances.
And if an employee is there at onsite for more than 1 month what components shall company give addition to lodging.
