Hi,
Currently I'm working in a company from april,2013. I left my last company on march,2013 and after that on june,2013 the company got closed due to some reasons. I have all the documents (appointment letter, relieving letter, form 16, pay slips). Now if I go for any other company, will there be a problem in background verification. I tried talking with the Hr regarding the issue but his phone is switched off. So i think they won't give any further information on that.
So please help me on this.
Thanks

Dear,
You can anytime talk to the HR of the new company. Explain them the details. Let them know what is the current situation. Show them all the papers/letters you have. I don't think they should have problems after that.

Hi,
In regards to your query, along with the papers, your current organization may require the contact details of the concern person or the authorized person apart from HR , it can be your company Director (If its a small organization) or your reporting manager or any other authorized person who can authenticate your employment details. Try contacting them and request them to be available as its your current organization verification process. And am sure they will definitely consider your request.

Dear Ssahu, Frankly describe everything to the recruiter by submitting the evidence you have related to your previous Organisation. I hope the recruiter will consider.

Do not hide anything of your organisation.Submit the papers you have and tell the truth about your organisation during your Interview. You may give the contact numbers of your colleagues and Officials who know you and worked with you. There should not be any problem.
