Hi dear friends, I need clarification regarding PF withdrawal. Can an employee withdraw their PF only? Can they continue their pension scheme which was contributed by the employer? Because the employee's contribution fully goes to PF only, if they claim their PF, will they continue the pension scheme? Can anyone explain this to me?
Thank you.

The PF authorities are allowing the employee to claim the EPF and Pension amount after his resignation. If his service is short, he can claim both at a time. If his service is long and nearing superannuation, they allow him to get the PF, and they issue a Scheme certificate under the pension scheme. This enables the employee to submit the same to his new employer and continue in the pension scheme.
