We have a training effectiveness format that only provides the final score of each participant with respect to the training. However, there are no parameters based on which the score can be calculated or estimated. Kindly provide me with the same if you have any ideas.

We need a little more information about your post. What type of training is this? Who are the participants? What are their qualifications? Above all, how do you measure the training effectiveness as per "Kirkpatrick's learning and training evaluation theory"? Of the four levels, up to what level have you measured the effectiveness?

We will be able to give our opinions or suggestions once we get the complete information.
