we have a training effectiveness format which just gives the final score of the each participants with respect to training. But there are no parameters based on which the the score can be calculated or estimated.

We need little more information about your post. What type of training is this? Who are the participants? What is their qualification?
Above all, how do you measure the training effectiveness as per "Kirkpatrick's learning and training evaluation theory" ? Of the four, you have measured the effectiveness up to what level?
