Dear Ritesh, Your work is excellent and goes above and beyond. Thank you for sharing with members. Upon opening, there is a warning about a missing link (PF calculation with salary sheet.xls) that is connected with "C:Rekha Roy". Hey Cauvery, I understand your point. Thanks for comparing it with HRM Software and its subsequent modules. Also, I think that this sheet is more likely to be used by companies that can't afford high operating cost software and can easily modify it as per their needs and requirements.
