B K BHATIAA 'Personality Development Program' at the level of students should include: (i) Business Etiquette & social mannerism (ii) Communication & presentation skills and (iii) Personal Code of Conduct while dealing with problems in life (sometimes called as Value System).
Above aspects, if developed adequately, can enhance the prospects of students, opting for different careers, after completing their studies.

Enroll your students for professional meets up, relevant to their field of work. Look for the ones with intense interaction and not just the ones with 'a powerful speaker and many attendees'. Toastmasters can be useful if they want to master public speaking.
