Hi Guys,
I have an agent who is the best performer however his salary increment is not at all good.
He is planning to resign, I have asked him to hold on as I would speak to the HR for improvement in his salary.
I am in need of a Case format that I can present to the HR team for the improvement of his salary.

You know performance of others in your team
Depending on the relative performance and salaries, you can show how much more he is worth.
Get information relating to market rates being paid by others.
You don't even need a format.
Just go and speak to the HR head and tell him what you feel.
Your HR head will tell you what is possible and what additional data he will need.
It also depends on other things like budgets, who decides salary levels, hikes, etc.
