Gratuity are not normally a part of CTC, but anyhow since it is been not paid and is mentioned in the salary bifurcation then you are eligible to get that amount. You can claim it as part of your salary.
Gratuity is a gesture given by the employer to their employee for the service rendered for a continous of 5 years. Here the it is included as a part of Salary in your Salary Bifurcation so indirectly you are investing/saving from your salary for the gesture of the employer, which can be availed after your tenure with the organisation. This is only my opinion let other seniors advise you legally.
