I am a beginner in the field of Personality Development . Currently I am working as a lecturer in a mgmt institute .I have been given some classes of PD also for the BBA and MBA students as I posess good presentation and communication skills.I am also finding this field interesting and worthy as a career.
Could you kindly guide me some worthy and authentic certification courses ? my bend of mindis towards self development , attitude building and other such alied subjects.

There are end number of programmes available on PD hence it would be tough to mention a single one. Specifically IGNOU offers some short-terms courses. Please refer this link <link no longer exists - removed> .
