What is the duration of training? Is the concerned HoD agrees to this alongwith Plant head / Unit Head, Are you going to pay him gratuity for this period?
The duration of training is one year. Yes HOD agrees but we have no provision or policy to support the same as of now.GET are paid a monthly stipend including all; with no perks or benefits. Gratuity & PF starts after the completition of one year of training.
Have you appointed Trainee under Apprentice Act then only you can not deduct PF otherwise it is illegal....
We are a small set up and yet to reach an employee strength of 20
