Hello, Can anybody told me that how to decide Objectives & Targets for Personnel & Administration department. What should be Objectives & Targets for Personnel & Administration department.
Dear Rahul,
Here's a generic statement, " To support the business in achieving its result." However, this wouldn't be enough. Please share the business goals to your company. Such as a double digit growth or expansion to newer locations.
Draw the Personnel and Admin reference to this. Such as a ' fast scaling up of the support services at the new centres ' .

Dear Rahul,
Objectives are different from the targets. Objectives are the framework in which HR/personnel should work. Targets are the measures to be attained in certain period of time.
