The job description (JD) of an HR Admin varies from industry to industry and company to company. It may include:
• Responsible for handling transport-related queries.
• Taking care of travel - domestic and international.
• Managing STPI and customs.
• Overseeing office administration.
• Handling purchases.
Alternatively, the role may involve:
• Independently managing overall recruitment, including preparing job descriptions, analyzing job requirements, and finalizing candidates. Designing and implementing a sourcing strategy.
• Ensuring compliance with SOPs and company policies.
