First tell me the nature of business, Type of the organisation (Proprietorship/Partnership or Ltd. company), Total strength of the employees.
Based on the above details documentation will change.
The process is as Below
Fill the application form FORM-A
Pay the challan amount as per the tariff based on the employees.
Enclose relevant & supporting documents of owners & organisation.
Submit the same to the Shops & Commercial establishment department.

Dear All,
In this discussion I came to know that,
For renewal of Shop and establishment ,
We need to fill form A with seal and signature of Authority person, with the following mentioned documents
Address proof of company,
ID and Address proof of the owners
MOA of the company
List of employees
PAN Card of company
and Rs.3000 challan(since ours is a small organization having no.of employees 16)
Since I am doing this first time dont know the procedure of submitting the same,
Kindly any one plz let me know the procedure
