Dear senior, Please help me. Should we submit form 2 (nominee form) in pf office after march 2012 & why should not submit form 2?

Importance of Submitting Form-2 for PF Benefits
Submission of Form-2 will help to draw PF benefits easily in case of the death of an employee by the nominee given in the form. In case of non-submission, the legal heirs have to obtain a certificate from the MRO and have to submit and visit several times for the claim of PF. This is the difference.
