I need help on PF form, i.e., the Nomination and Declaration Form-2 Revised. In that form, there are 2 parts: PART-A (EPF) and PART-B.
Please clarify to me, who should fill out the information in the bachelor section. Can anyone include their brother or sister's name or nominate a minor?

Hi there,
You can provide the name of your brother or sister as a nominee for the PF if your parents are not alive. Alternatively, you can also nominate a minor, but in that case, you will need to provide the name of the guardian for the minor nominee.

Please clarify the importance of Para no 2 i.e. (ADMISSIBLE UNDER PARA 162 (A) in PF form no.-2. Who should fill in the details in that form? Additionally, could you provide guidance on PF contributions given to the nominee? Can 50% be given to the wife, and the remaining 25% each to his children?

Bachelors are required to include their nomination details in the second column of PART B, specifically for pension and married employees. The first column is designated for Child and Widow Pension.
Additionally, as mentioned by other members, a minor can be designated as a nominee in PF, provided that the details and signatures of his/her guardian are provided.
