Dear Seniors,
I have joined Manufacturing company( Steel and Fabrication Industry) recently. I have to statrt total HR activity in this company, as on toady nothing is there.
First i have to do ID card syatem for all workers and payroll system for HR dept. Can any one suggest me how to do the further process.

First, I wanna correct you with your subject line that you have used “Company ID” which is different than your query wherein you have asked about Employee ID Card and Setup of new HR department. You must use an appropriate subject line and should take care of this while posting query or any question bcz a different/wrong subject can lead many problems such as delay in responses and so on..

Well to go for ID Card System and procedure which comes under HR Policies and System to maintain culture or under Employee Handbook, you first have to set some terms to use it and draft a format containing following details of an Employee with Company Name and Logo.

To draft and print ID card, you can directly associate with people who are at work for your company for stationery and Business/Visiting Card Printing and always having the Employee ID Card formats.

On the front side

1) Your company logo/design.

2) Name

3) Designation

4) Department

5) Division

6) Address of the corporate office.

7) Date of Issue of ID Card.

8) Signature of Authorised Signatory.

On the back side :

1) Instructions

2) Emergency Contact Details of the employee

3) Blood Group

4) Address of the branch / office where employee is based.
