Hello
some 15 days back i m selected in accenture got joinig but on 1.2 year experience basis
,On employment form i mentioned My cousin's company name and his no so what are the documents i need to provide at the time of background verification of experience if at hr discussion i told them that my mode of salry pay was an open check
actually the company is registered with MCA and having 13 employee.what are the precaution that need to be followed..
what are the ways to be caught??
1.i was not having pan card that time
2.no pf account
3 mode of pay was open -to check
what are the thing that can be done now itself ..to be prepared for back ground verification??Please help..!!!!!!!!!!
