Can you please suggest some of the Training requirements (our main activity is to manufacture electrical & electronic switchgear products – in which extrusion plant (plastic profile), moulding shop, machine shop, tool room, assembly and maintenance departments are functioning) like procedures for every work, material handling, usage of pallet trucks & trolley, material safely storage and handling and requirements of safety item for each and every workmen and for to maintain the training record something like that. Simply said that the procedure for safety work and to avoid industrial accident procedures.

looking at the kind of work,well i suggest you to prepare a safety training module with the help of concerned authority of safety regulations for industry and then you could hire a trainer and deliver it to your workers.
This could be done by you or you could outsource it to any training institutes who are aware of the regulations and safety norms in the industry.
