Dear Namrata,
I had a quick look at your questionnaire. Seeking personal details at the outset may put some respondents off. Further, to improve the response rate I suggest that you use a web-based survey, which will enable people to respond without having to download your questionnaire, answer, save and upload it again; it also helps to maintain confidentiality.

Hi Namrata, Can you please try now - this is possibly because of the request filter we enabled. It should work now. Regards, Sid

Dear Namrata

The questions are all "over the place". Proper categorisation provides flow that encourages respondents to complete the questionnaire.

Example:

1. Include an "introduction message" explaining why you are doing this survey, usage of the results and whether results will be shared, etc. Give attention to assurance on data confidentiality.

1. Respondent Profile - further categorise to personal details & working details, (as per Mr Simhan advise to include it at the last page of questionnaire).

2. Question proper - categorise to Work questions & Life questions (question 10 comes into this section) / separate scale-rated questions (you are using too many types of scales; try to use a standardised scale by reformatting all your questions into "Experiential questions) and open-ended questions (when you have open-ended questions, please be prepared to do a "coding analysis" - i.e. to read through all the responses to determine a common theme).

3. Include a "thank you message" at the end of the survey to show appreciation.

Dear Namrata,
Autumn Jane has given you sound advice on structuring the questionnaire. Sid, the Administrator, has made changes. Thanks Sid for the prompt action. There are other students in the same situation.

the subject is very useful. work and life are two sides of coin needs coordination. imbalance of any one will ruin the other. you must cater the time to meet both the demands. they should never get mixed up. work place must not be used for domestic purposes or vice versa. how ever my final word is to give priority to life over a period of time since you need to maintain family knitted relation since it is an eternal contribution to your next generation.
