I am recently recruited in one of the largest hospital in khandesh region, as i am from media hr background i am not able to do the organisation structure in hospital industry, can anyone help me in constructing organisation structure.

It does not matter where you have worked before. For example, I have worked in industries and in higher education. However, I have kept abreast with the progress in technology and am able to search for the information using the web.
As you have not given enough information about the type of the hospital (For example, whether it is a general hospital or a speciality one) please see Google where there are links to various structures.
