There is no facility like the mediclaim of private companies; first, you can operate anywhere, and later on, you file a claim to get reimbursement. He would have to approach any ESIC hospital within 24 hours from the time of his accident. If ESIC officials allow you to take critical treatment from any private hospital with their consent letter, only in that case are you eligible to have ESIC benefits at no extra cost.
