Hi, I have around 1.5 years of experience, but wherever I forwarded my CV for HR positions, I received no replies as I was not shortlisted. I am looking for a job in HR in Noida, so I started visiting companies personally and inquiring about any HR vacancies there, as not all vacancies are shown on job portals. However, I have had no success with this approach either. I am unsure if this is the right method to continue with. Could you please provide guidance?
