Hi I am from Manglayatan University & we would be starting short term courses in Hospitality Related Subjects soon of mainly 6 Months to 1 year durationthese courses would be On The Job Training Courses in which we will sign aMOU with the organisations requiring manpower for their units in different areas of Hospitality .MOU will be to Put Candidates on Training with a Stipend & accomodation for 5 Months as 15 Days in the beginning & 15 Days in the last there will be Classes & Evaluation which will include his theoratical knowledge as well as the Report from the organisation on his Internship theproforma for which will be provided by the University.Organisations can conduct physical or Telephonic Interviews of the candidates before putting them for on for Internship.Once Certificates are awarded it is upto the organisations to Hire them on Payrolls or Not as per their performance in regular grades.Please be in touch.
