There are not fixed holidays as per Factory Act except National Holidays. Every organisation declares its holidays as per factory location after discussing with unions. In Maharashtra State general holidays are - Ganesh Chaturthi, Dassera, Diwali, 1st May and other National Holidays.

There is no fixed holiday as per factories act, or in other words there are no days as per factories act which should be compulsorily declared as paid holiday unlike shops and establishments act. Factories act does not have provision for National Holidays also.
However please refer to National Holidays and Festivals act, if applicable, of your state to ascertain the holidays that need to be given. State of Andhra Pradesh does have such act.
