This week we are exploring an Excel feature called "Object." Some of us know that if we need to link other application files in Excel, we typically use hyperlinks. The disadvantage of hyperlinks is that they cannot work across different computers because the linked files must be kept in a location accessible to both the sender and the receiver. This isn't possible in all scenarios, so the best way to handle these requirements is by inserting these files as objects.
Check out the attachment, which explains the process of how to insert a Word document as an object. You can follow the same strategy for other application files like PowerPoint presentations, PDFs, and even another Excel file.
Get rid of the hyperlink feature and save your time by using Objects. Wish you a great week ahead!!
