I'm Drishti,
I'm working in a sole proprietary firm as Sr. HR, I have just joined here & I have only 1.5 yrs of experience . I need suggestions from experienced HR's that how i can implement here the performance appraisal system . I was planning for 360 degree technique which i have studied in MBA , but i think it is practically very tough to implement in such firm where owner have direct contact with almost every employee,attrition rate is high& there is hierarchy in policies but in real it's flat management.
I want a simple technique, which can be implemented here and employees & owners can understand it & most important thing i want to start this system for staff first who are around 60.
