Thank you for including the fun element in training. For sure, one must practice tested tools and methods. As someone from ITjobzone rightly said, we shouldn't be going off track, and programs have to be designed this way. A good certification would definitely help with all of this.
Kind regards,

Dear Kavita,
Humor or wit has the following merits:
1. Creates interest
2. Grabs attention
3. Aids in memory retention
However, it also comes with its own set of challenges:
1. Avoid using irrelevant humor
2. Do not over-explain humor (it can lead to an anti-climactic effect)
3. Not everyone appreciates humor
4. Speakers should refrain from excessive laughter
My teaching philosophy is "EDUTAINMENT."
