Hi, I am an English teacher. I have been teaching English Language for more than two years in Afghanistan but I have a lot of problems with teaching the "Speaking skills" to my students. I don't know how to do this.

I am understanding your problem and how you are feeling. I also went feeling same before but now I feel it is changing with practice.
What I am learning I will share some secrets no one is teaching anywhere unless you are paying them and buying their products.
See when you are learning English as kid of 4 to 8 years you have time and practice and good exposure to it as there is no pressure on learning fast. In that time you are being taught language step by step so you can make mistakes and learn.
When you are growing up and trying to learn it fast there is pressure and it is of no help. So please first you relax.
It is same as any English speaking person from Australia or America or England is trying to learn our country local language.
They will also face same problem and helplessness as you. They are also like you in learning at this age. Ok. So not to worry please.
If you see any Yoga video by English speaking people you are seeing them saying anything and speaking anyhow about Sanskrit words which we can speak very fluently. It is good example how funny they sound. But main reason for all this is below.
Before you are learning to speak you must be learning to write correctly. Because in writing you are not only writing but forming words in your brain and speaking it also and then you are writing. Also you are learning correct sentence sequence and grammar in this way.
When I am writing I am translating from mother tongue to english so I am using mother tongue grammar which is correct in mother tongue but in english language sequence is different. You understanding this?
It is very important you at this age of learning take one English newspaper and copy down same paragraph from newspaper and while writing you read out loudly. Very loudly. This will help you in becoming very quick learner. I did same. Nice thing happens as next time you go to speak with someone or tell them what is in your head, automatically words will come in correct sequence. This is happening because you are practicing in writing first from someone who is doing it correctly. It works friend. This will help.
Also other thing to do is watch English videos and movie with subtitles and then pause it and then play it repeating the dialogues with character. I am learning very fast with both this ideas given to me by a close friend. I am thankful to him for making me feel confident about this.
Ok. Now you practice these secrets and tell us your results after one month please.

hii team i would like to say i have opened spoken classes ,,but now a days i have lot of problems about if i talk to about my students condition ,,i am very woory for that matter ,,bcz i know taht how to speak english a little but not very well bcz i have a lot of gramatical problems so what will i do so that i can improve my english plz guyde me
