We are an organization engaged in construction/Installation of Power Transmission Line Industry with multiple sites in more than one state, site offices and Registered Office at Vadodara, Gujarat.
Please help us by advising:
1. will it be appropriate to cover our office staff under any rules/act other than Shops and Establishment Act, Gujarat.
2. Under what rules/Act are our site staff covered.

Since your company is regd under Gujarat State, so all rules regulation applicable to Gujarat State will be applicable as far as your Employees are concerened who are appointed by your head office in Gujarat. Besides, you will also have to abide by all the guidelines and regulation required at various states regarding the safety and well being for your employee in the line of business.
Please elaborate actually what you wish to know for your employees.
