The presentation is excellent to motivate young guys. But also, I personally feel that there needs to be a sense of cooperation and sharing resources. If you get too focused on your targets in a company, then you will lose the vision of other teams that are there. It will all the time be your team and your project. This is not acceptable as you need to look at sharing your resources with all. Just think about what I meant.
