I joined the company in October 2011 with a salary of 45,000 per month. My employer has not deducted TDS and is not providing Form 16 for the period October 2011 to March 2012. Please let me know how to file my ITR without Form 16.

Don't worry, it is the employer's duty to deduct your taxes. If he is not deducting your taxes, then it is his fault, not yours. You just need to file your income tax return and at the end of the year, pay your taxes or advance tax (if applicable).
