Hi All,
I have been working in MNC for more than 3 yrs. company released me without any document, and mentioned that you are not being terminated.
As of now mine current organization has ceased mine Relieving and experience letters. Also, I had been asked to leave the organization without completing entire notice period.
Can anyone advise me how I would be able to join my next company without Relieving and experience letters? As of now I have only salary slip, form 16, offer letter and revised salary letter.
Your suggestions would be highly appreciated.

Hello madhunsb,
If you don't give the FULL details of the situation you are into, how would you expect any realistic/practical suggestions to come from the members?
You haven't mentioned the ACTUAL reasons for your company to seize the Documents--no company would resort to such an extreme action UNLESS THERE ARE VERY COMPELLING reasons. What are they--from TWO perspectives: (1) What reasons did the company give officially? (2) What are the reasons from your perspective?
Pl note that the world is a small place, after all.
Your joining the next company--how, when, etc--comes subsequently.

Hi TS,
I had raised few concerns against my senior manager to the management. On this basis I had been asked to leave organisation with immediate effect, but without relieving and experience letters. As requested with hr management they said they are trying to negotiate with Sr. Management about my relieving and experience letters.
I am waiting for their response. I am worried about if sr. management deny to give my relieving and experience letters. I am hoping that sr.management wouldn't take such decision where someone career get spoiled.
Please advise.

Hello madhunsb,
I am not sure if what you mention as 'few concerns' are actually that--in general MNCs have robust mechanisms in-place to handle employee grievances. Looks like the 'concerns' that you talk about were actually more of 'insinuations'--which must have cheesed-off the senior management.
Coming to the options you currently have--I can see ONLY ONE. Continue interacting with the HR in smooth/polite ways to get the needed documents out [unless foregoing the docs is also an option for you].
In case what you said/did [that caused this situation in the first place] was wrong, suggest admit it openly & unconditionally--NOT to be taken back into the company, but to get your docs. If you do want to get back AND they ask you--considering favorably your admittance of wrong-doing--it's upto you.
All the Best.
