I am an HR Mgt - Trainee in an MNC. I am given the assignment of setting up a Training and devlopment wing in the company. A process is being formulated. Every new joinee who is a fresher is supposed to undergo 6 months training in the company in that particular department. So after the training as a company policy the employee should be given a training feedback form.
