How Can I Request a Job Transfer for My Sister from Ras Al Khaimah to Dubai?

I want to request a sample letter for transferring my sister's job location to an area near mine. She is currently working in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, while I am working here in Deira, Dubai, UAE. This is why I am requesting to transfer her job location to my area.
