Dear All,

In my point of view iam announcing the following issues in case if you have any idea about it please shear with all in order to solve the query as soon as possible however still iam searching for finding out the full concept of this chart.

•The following chart is using most probably for those type of organization that they working for profit and rarely it’s going to be use for none profit organization

•The main point of this chart is salary analysis and linking all other factor in terms if profitably for all the organization

•Over all managing the cost with its special indictors that its illustrated in the chart with special cods that are available in the chart ex,,OHRFI004

•Showing the relation of terms in order to create more efficiency for the organization and linking all the factors for a successful operation and managing the cost of human resource

•Basically each factor is standing for a term that maybe its not clear for us but overall we know that it’s using for better HR management and controlling the cost of operation
