It is better for you to purchase a statutory wage register as per the Shops and Establishment Act and prepare it according to that structure. Even if you have any existing salary structure, it is advisable for you to follow the above guidelines and use the appropriate components.

sksurender73 you can deduct PF on 34000 when pf office give a permission then and then only you can deduct otherwise not. IF you want to deduct on 34,000, Take permission from a PF Office..
