Am Sundaram, Bangalore-based softskill trainer. I conduct Campus Recruitment Training and also conduct Seminars for engg and b-school students.
So far I have covered around 7 colleges in AP, 3 in TN and 1 in Bangalore. Most of the programmes are through Consultants. I have deveveloped my own modules and deliver the programme depending upon the number of days college can spare. My topics are generally, Goal Setting / Positive Mental Attitude / Self/ Achievement Motivation / How to Face Interview / How to prepare a good resume / Grooming for interview / body language / Mock Group Discussion / Mock Interview.
