Hi, For PF you need not have any sub code, you can use the existing PF code. For ESIC also, if you are in the same state, and if you can use the same ESIC code, there is no need of SUB CODE.

Dear Friends,
There is no need of ESI Sub Code if you are in the same state, for example A company having office in tamilnadu, if it is the case all the branches in tamil only can use this code,
Suppose the same company has having different branches in other states, that company has need to apply ESI sub-code seperately, this is the statutory, because please read clearly, ESI means "Employees State Insurance" , In the name itself says that it is STATE Insurance, ESI code will not centrlise for any one organization.
Please note : EPF Code can be Centralized for any one orgainization except J&K,
ESI Code (main code) can not be Centralized for any one organization.
