I am working in a small-scale company as an HR Executive. We don't have PF and ESIC benefits currently. I am willing to start it, so please guide me on the specific criteria based on which we can initiate the benefits for PF and ESIC.

Criteria to Consider

- Employee strength limit
- Minimum salary required for PF and ESIC
- Whether permanent or temporary employees can avail the benefits
- Any other established norms
