There is grammatical mistake...
Since you are greeting only one wish, hence the next sentence is correct...
"We all wish you a Happy Birthday.."
for multiple greetings.. (I never heard such like..)
"We all wishes you Happy Birthday and Happy New Year!" (If B'day is falling on new year day!)
Make Sense!

When third person singular then only wishes to be used for plural should use only wish (grammatically)

"we all wish you happy birthday". is correct grammatically as "we" is plural. Third person singular then we have to write "wishes"

\"We all wishes you Happy Birthday\"...is wrong because the subject in this sentence is \'We\' is the subject and its clearly plural so verb needs to be plural and \'Wishes\' is singular verb. It ideally should be \"We all wish you a happy birthday\'.

Dear all,
Although it is grammatically wrong, such greetings are to be looked at in the context of situation, people and how it is said. It is not a grave error for one can easily overlook such minor mistakes on such occasions. Happy birthday. But avoid such mistakes in future.

Yes both are acceptable however grammatically you r wrong . sorry to say this .
But where's the problem ? Just say sorry and thanks to that guy who has corrected you and tell him/her that from next time you will take care of this. That's all. We should not feel shame in apologizing......It's good that your own company friend / seniors has corrected you not any outsider.

If you are too strict in English, then you have to consider all as singular. You know the line “All is well”. Rule is simple: s/es with 3rd Person Singular Number.
You can write the sentence as follows:
We, all wishes you a happy birthday.
We wish you happy birthday.

agreed that the message is important but saying the both sentences are perfect would be wrong because the first one is grammatically incorrect...
and keeping it simple would be a better thing to do. Just say "Happy Birthday"....

Dear MR.RAVI
You have written "wishes" according to grammar it should be "wish"

Both the sentences are wrong....It could be quoted as "Wishing you a lovely Birthday"
or "Many Many Happy Returns of the day" or a simple "Happy Birthday".and we could write below as behalf of (company's name).
It is very important to be precise in grammer in today's world. The point is not to discourage you,but it is always good to learn.
