Can anyone let me know the books to prepare for the NET exam in HRM? I am taking the NET June 2012 exams. When I browsed through CiteHR, I came to know that there is a book published in October 2011, and the author is also some JRF. The post doesn't give me detailed information on the book.

Upkar Publications is the best for the subject 55 of NET exams. Also, go through the articles on HR, IR, LW, & L Welfare for MSW students. Their MSW 2nd Year syllabus is more than sufficient for the NET preparation. If you need more information, please let me know.
