Dear Export Seniors,

Kindly looking for your ideas, notions and sample format making about 8 hours weekly roster for 13 personnel security. I have 3 posts and the morning shift starts from 0600 to 1400, afternoon shift starts from 1400 to 2200 and night shifts starts from 2200 to 0600 hours. There must be 4 people in the morning shift and four people on the afternoon shift and night shift three people every day. I myself in the morning shift with other 3 guys so total of 4. I tried very hard to manage it but I failed to do it and my manager keep scolding me about doing the roster. Expert scheduler can anyone help me please and I should have a day off after 6 days every Friday and to other securities according to their rotation. How do I rotate it so difficult time facing right now. I'll be very much appreciated all of you guys and I'm gonna give you the name of the location to be deployed. ECP-1, ECP-2, CCTV securities will be deploying 3 and I'll be overall in charge and i have no post at all in the morning shift. ECP-1,ECP-2, ECP-3 and CCTV in the afternoon there will be 4 security guards have to be deployed them accordingly. At night sift ECP-1, ECP-2 and CCTV there should be 3 securities every night . Kindly help me anyone out there with full of knowledge managing roster. Below are the name and location to be deployed in three different shift.

For morning:

Kiran (myself) no post

Albert (ECP-1)

Romel (ECP-2)

Jiwan (CCTV)

Afternoon Shift:

Robert (ECP-1)

Patrick (ECP-2)

Bista (ECP-3)

Lama (CCTV)

Overnight Shift:

Chimeng (ECP-1)

Durga (ECP-2)

Austin (CCTV)

There are still remaining 2 guys where and how should I put them. Kindly needed your help in this matter please create roster for me any one who can help me thanks.
