Hi Meera,
I have a doubt. If a person has resigned from two previous employers citing medical reasons (which is in fact the truth), will it show him in a negative light when BV is done for his future employer?
Secondly will the person require a fitness certificate to prove that he is fit and fine to work?
Please clear my doubts...

Hi Amit,
Generally in our company we do 2 ref checks of earlier companies with reporting seniors and last one we do after we give the offer letter and employee gives us a go ahead, with the current companies reporting senior. So employee do not have any problem.

I think it is a mandatory part of his employment. It is the responsibility of employee to provide a strong reference for background check.

i have got selected in accenture but my previous company has close. is there any problem in that. and i dont have PF account over there and I dont have TAn number of company. but i provided my previous company manger number and bank statement, PF number of company, service tax number of company
will these all document will help to get clear BGC in accenture

My self is Mr. Rajat Biswas from Kolkata, I would like to tell you my details, please help me out, Currently I am working in Accenture , my joining date was 27th October 2010, my problem was currently I got an Oppurtunity to server an another company, but while they are doing Background verification they have asked lots of question, still I am not able to understand. I was started my career from september 2007 and prior to Accenture all companies were very small and all the transactions were made in cash but I have an offer letter , experience letter for those companies who has prior to Accenture even I had updated my profile in National Skill Registry through my ITPIN and all the details (ex-employment/educational details/address and personal details) had been verified by NASSCOM, also post verification NASSCOM had provided me GREEN PDF report for all the details which was initiated by my end but while my future company doing verification for my previous ex-employment, (mean where I join in future )(already resigned from Accenture) they had questioned me lots, To be honest I did not get in touch with any of my previous ex-company apart from my current organization Accenture, so what I have I shared all the details with them even I shared my NASSCOM GREEN PDF report to them which I got from NASSCOM but still they are asking me lots of questions, my only question is that what they will do with my offer as they had already given me offer letter with Date of joining and my notice period is 90 days and I had already serving my notice period 31 days, mean I am serving my notice period and its completed 31st Days.

Please help me and let me know in details what they do, even HR confirmed me that where I will join, in any circumstances they are not revoking my offer.

My question is that why they are not accepting NASSCOM report and if their BGV is going to negative so what should they do with me, they will revoke my offer or they will discounted my experience and my designation/salary what they are giving me.if they are giving me discounted salary and designation so it will be tough for me to join their company as I worked and I submitted all the details where all the documents had been verified by NASSCOM even I shared my GREEN pdf report also but now I am not aware my previous ex employer (prior to accenture).

Please reply me so i can understand atleast what is my next course of action.
