The reasons for the company's benefit are:
1. Increase in the productivity (efficiency) of their employees
2. Increase in the performance of the company
3. Achievement of the bottom line objective of the company, i.e., maximizing profitability

In my opinion, training provides a practical approach to the work you need to implement and also clarifies the responsibilities you have in the organization. Basically, training is a tool used for improving individual skills, which in turn aids in the development of one's career.
