Dear HR Professionals,
As i need a format which can be easily asses the candidate's personality mentally (ie) to asses the candidate mental ability and stability under the stress situation.
The format should reveal the candidate personal traits.I would appreciate if i got a format regarding this.Also it should be a assessment based on marks secured by the candidate against the format.

You need to take support of PSYCHOMETRIC TEST. These test will cost you, hence its not available FREE OF COST. Still you can search this site to retrieve couple of formats uploaded.
Also you can undergo training in "PSYCHOMETRIC TOOLS". This will help you to cater your organisations requirements.

There are standard Psychometric test available online.
You can build a personality test around Big 5 personality traits as a projective test.
You can find out tests that tell how he deals in conflict.
Tests can also be done based on the assessment center technique where u can use in-basket exercises to gauge candidates response.
This can be done by isolating the CI of that designation that you have created as part of the KRA-KPI program. Test the CI of desired v/s actual.
