What you are mentioning is two different things. If I get the acronym right CCA: City Compensatory allowance that can be disbursed through Special Allowance or can be a header in your Salary items.Such an allowance would make sense for an organisation having offices and functions demarked clearly between rural and urban centers.
Conveyance allowance is non taxable upto Rs 9600 PA or Rs 800 pm.
Typically if your Basic :9850 pm or 118200 pa which should be 35-40% of your gross.
I assume your CTC is around 340000(35%) and 300000(40%) and hence your CCA could be upto Rs 3000 -5000 depending on your CTC.
Also keep the your reimbursements high to save tax

Dear Lucky,
Conveyance allowance is granted to an employee to compensate him to meet with the cost of transportation which he incurs wjile travelling between the residence to office and back. On the other hand CCA is City Compensatory Allowance, which is meant to compensate an employee towards the higher cost of living in some metro cities, like Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore and a few more, but not all the cities of India.
