I was employed with CSC for 8 months. Due to certain personal issues, I had to resign immediately and go to my home town. The HR did not accept my resignation and terminated my employment marking it as "Absconding". I want to know if this will have any impact in future employment. Will there be any negative impact of this on me? When I look for a job in future, can that company come to know of this?

It's doesn't much matter whether others know it or not you know it. its better to be honest.
If you will be honest there are organisation which give chance to good and honest people.
Nowdays most of the organisation do PE check and if negative check comes then employee see the exit doors.
Honesty is best policy.

I went only for induction and due to personal reason I could not continue in CSC.And they sent warning letters and absconded. Later from CSC a lawyer sent a notice to pay recovery amount . what will happen if I did not pay
